Is it normal for the penis to swell up after sex, even if there's no pain? How long could this swelling last before it goes back to normal?

View allI've had a surgery and circumcision when I was 9, and there's always been this tiny bump near the stitch under the skin of my penis shaft. Lately, it's swollen, and sometimes there's this white fluid coming out. It's painful if I touch it. I'm kind of worried it might be an infection or something. I'm trying to avoid going to a hospital right now, so I thought I'd ask for advice online first. Any idea what's going on?
Even though you're trying to avoid going to a hospital, if the situation doesn't improve or worsens, it may be necessary to see a healthcare provider. In some cases, an incision and drainage might be needed if there's an abscess or infected cyst. Please monitor the area closely, and if symptoms worsen, do not hesitate to seek medical attention.

I'm a 21-year-old guy with a tight foreskin, and it's making me nervous about sex because I'm worried it'll hurt. I've been thinking about circumcision but don't know much about the procedure or what to expect after. Should I bring someone with me when I get it done, and roughly how much does it cost in Bangalore? Also, how long does recovery usually take? I really want to get this sorted soon since it's been bothering me a lot.
Consult a local surgeon. It's a minor surgery.

I'm worried because my penis has suddenly gotten swollen, and I dont exactly know why. I was traveling on a bus last night, and this morning I noticed it was a bit swollen. Now, it seems to have gotten worse. There's been no sexual activity or anything else that could explain it. Could something have bitten me, and what should I do about it? Can you help me out with some advice?
it is a urinary tract infection
