Is it okay to climb stairs during pregnancy, especially in the eighth month, or could it increase the chances of needing a cesarean? Could really use some guidance on this.

Hydrosalpinx doesn't resolve with antibiotics;laparoscopy or salpingectomy is usually required for permanent resolution.
