It's been 40 days since my circumcision surgery but the stitches haven't dissolved yet is this normal or could there be an issue with the healing process

Give it a rest for a week, that is no sex or masturbation, it should heal just fine as it doesn't sound deep. Avoid putting any type of cream on it just keep it clean and dry as possible and you will be fine... Don't apply cream as it keeps the wound moist and it will not heal for ages. Stop sex etc and if you see no improvement then as bad as it seems, you need to seek medical advice. .

I'm wondering if I might be dealing with premature ejaculation because I tend to ejaculate within 3 to 4 minutes when I masturbate. Is this something to be concerned about, and what can I do to manage it better? Any advice would be really appreciated.
If ur unmarried & ejaculate early during masturbation , nothing to worry. It is not required any treatment. If ur married & ejaculate early then only u need sex counselling treatment.
