I've already taken Misoprostol 600mcg, but my ultrasound is showing there are still products of conception. What should I do next? I'm a bit worried about what this means and what steps I should take now. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I've been experiencing a delay in my periods but haven't noticed any other issues, aside from normal white discharge. Should I be concerned, and what might be causing this delay? Any advice on how to address it would be really appreciated!

A delay in periods can be caused by various factors like stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle shifts. If the white discharge is normal and there are no other symptoms, it may be a temporary issue, but if it persists, consider consulting a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying concerns.

Can a cyst come out in your period?

Physiological cysts appear and disappear as you progress from one menstrual cycle to the next, usually do not show any symptoms or need any intervention. Ovarian cyst may sometimes burst causing severe pain and bleeding but cyst as a whole may not come out.

I had unprotected sex on the 15th of May, the day after my period ended. I took an Unwanted 72 pill afterward, but then my period returned on the 19th of May and hasn't stopped since. I'm 19 years old and really worried about this. What should I do?

It seems like the unwanted 72 pill may have caused a hormonal imbalance leading to prolonged bleeding. I recommend you to take Tranexamic acid 500mg thrice a day for 3-5 days to help stop the excessive bleeding. If the bleeding persists or becomes heavy, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
