I've always been really good at sex, but over the last ten years, I've been masturbating at least 3 to 6 times a day. I used to be able to perform 6 times a night, but now, even though I still masturbate daily, I find myself ejaculating too early, like within 15 seconds during sex. It's been getting worse, and I feel weaker when it comes to sex. What should I do about this?

I recently had my sperm count checked, and the results showed 80 million, but only 20 are rapidly progressive. I'm currently taking Paternia VigorexSF and FertylM to help improve motility. Is this the right approach, or should I be considering something else?
Paternia+ contains antioxidants and micronutrients to support sperm production, Vigorex-SF contains L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 to enhance sperm motility, and Fertyl-M contains clomiphene citrate to improve fertility. It is a good combination to improve your sperm parameters.

I'm feeling really concerned about some symptoms. Is it possible for a burning sensation in the penis to be an initial symptom of HIV, even if I don't have any fever or other symptoms?
Initial symptoms of HIV can vary, but common ones include flu-like symptoms such as fever, fatigue, and body aches, while penis burning or urethral discharge can be symptoms of other conditions like urinary tract infections (UTIs) or sexually transmitted infections (STIs); however, some people with acute HIV infection may experience genital or anal ulcers, or urethral discharge, so if you're concerned, consult a healthcare provider for testing and evaluation.
