I've always had regular periods, but I'm a bit worried because they're starting to get delayed. Last month, it was 10 days late, and now it's already been 12 days past the expected date, and still nothing. I haven't had intercourse, so I'm sure pregnancy isn't the issue. My period dates have been March 12, April 10, and May 19. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

My ultrasound report shows a few ill-defined hypoechoic nodular intramural SOLs in my uterus, with the largest one measuring 33.5mm x 26.0mm. There's also a small clear cyst in the cervix and my uterine length is 9.66cm. Should I be worried about this? What treatment options do I have can it be managed with medicine or will I need surgery?

The mere presence of fibroids does not mean that they need to be removed. The decision for the same will be based on the symptoms you have in terms of flow and pain during periods as well as the position of the fibroids. The clear cyst in the cervix is a Nabothian cyst-does not need any treatment.

I've been diagnosed with an ovarian hemorrhagic cyst and I'm really worried can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery? I'd like to understand my options better

Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts are often treated conservatively, meaning they may resolve on their own within a few menstrual cycles, especially if they are small and asymptomatic. However, if they become large, cause pain, or lead to complications like rupture, surgery might be necessary

I'm two months pregnant and wondering if pills can help stop the pregnancy or if I need surgery. I've been having symptoms like morning sickness, extreme hair fall, tiredness, mood swings, and food tastes bland. I don't feel like eating because it makes me nauseous but I don't actually vomit. Do abortion pills or surgery have side effects? What should I eat if I can't stand food right now?

A gyanec opinion is advised for further treatment.
