I've always thought I had good hair, but over time, I've noticed it's not as dense as it used to be. I've constantly struggled with dandruff too. In Bangalore, the water is quite hard, and we usually use borewell or tank water for bathing. I'm wondering if washing my hair with KENT purifier water, which has a TDS level of 80, could have any negative effects. Could this be a better option for my hair problems?

View allI'm noticing that the skin on my face is unevenly toned. The area from my forehead to my nose is fair, but everything below my nose is darker. What could be causing this, and is there a treatment that can help even out my skin tone?
This condition is known as hyperpigmentation, where certain areas of the skin produce more melanin, leading to darker patches. To treat this, you can use a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Apply a thin layer on the dark areas once daily, preferably at night. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day can help prevent further darkening of the skin.

I have this boil on my right thigh that's been bothering me for the last three days. The skin around it is really red and it's pretty painful. What kind of antibiotic should I consider for this? I'm a bit worried.
For the boil on your thigh, along with the redness and pain, you can take an antibiotic like Amoxicillin-Clavulanate (brand name Augmentin) 625mg twice a day for 7-10 days. Additionally, you can also apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to the affected area to help with the healing process.

I'm really worried because my face and neck are a lot darker than the rest of my body. I've also got these dark spots on my face, especially on both sides of my forehead, which are even darker. I recently started using a sunscreen with SPF 50, but it hasn't made any difference. I used to play outside in the sun a lot around 4 years ago, and I wonder if that's what's causing this. What can I do to fix this? I'm really looking for some advice on how to lighten these areas and get rid of the dark spots.
continue same treatment.
