I've always thought I had good hair, but over time, I've noticed it's not as dense as it used to be. I've constantly struggled with dandruff too. In Bangalore, the water is quite hard, and we usually use borewell or tank water for bathing. I'm wondering if washing my hair with KENT purifier water, which has a TDS level of 80, could have any negative effects. Could this be a better option for my hair problems?

You can purchase and use water softeners on a bucket of water before taking bath.

View allI've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too. They tend to vanish soon after I take an Allegra tablet but frustratingly pop up again after 48 hours when evening arrives. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm really struggling with some serious itching around my groin, and it seems to get worse when things get wet down there. I've tried a bunch of creams, but the itching just keeps coming back, and every time I scratch, it ends up bruising and hurting even more. It's spreading, and now it's around my butt crack too, which is making me really nervous. Ive been using a hot air blower to soothe it, but I'm worried this could mess with my sperm count because of the heat. What should I do?
To treat this, I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the itching persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
