I've attached the topography reports my doctor gave me, and they've suggested I should go for TPRK CXL in my left eye. My right eye has a vision of 66 with a 0.5 sph, so the doctor recommended waiting for three months before taking any action. Im a bit concerned and have a few questions. Is it common to have thin corneas from a young age? How long do I need to rest after this procedure? And what exactly is TPRK, especially considering my thin corneas? Could you help me understand what the reports are showing?

View allI'm a bit worried about my daughter's eyes. They get watery when she's watching TV or reading a book, and the same happens with bright toys. She's really sensitive to sunlight too. Is this some kind of deficiency or a vision problem? I really want to avoid her needing glasses if possible. She does watch TV from a distance, but she gets super focused and doesn't blink much. We're thinking of cutting back on her TV time, but should we be concerned about her vision needing urgent attention? Any advice would be great.
Your daughter's watery eyes while watching TV, reading, or playing with bright toys, and sensitivity to sunlight, may indicate dry eye syndrome, digital eye strain, or potentially, a condition like photophobia; to avoid potential long-term vision problems, consult a pediatric ophthalmologist for a comprehensive eye exam to rule out any underlying conditions; in the meantime, encourage your daughter to follow the 20-20-20 rule, blink regularly while watching TV, and adjust the screen's brightness and contrast.

I've been having some issues with my eyes and vision, and my eye strain is really getting to me. My current prescription is sph 3.5 and cyl 0.75 for both eyes, but it used to be less without any cyl power, just 2.75. I haven't seen an eye doctor for a year and a half, but then three months ago, I had to get new glasses because mine broke. That's when they told me my eye power increased. Back before all the COVID stuff, I was outside a lot, playing cricket and barely using any screens, just reading books. But now, I'm inside all the time, staring at my phone for over 15 hours a day and not eating well either. I've started getting headaches around my eyes, eyebrows, and forehead, and my eyes feel so tired. I'm really trying to get my vision and overall eye health back on track. Any advice on what I can do?

One of my eyes is red and constantly watering, and I've noticed the eye has gotten smaller. Are there any drops you would recommend for this?
