I've been applying dermadew cream for my facial acne, but now I'm having some bowel discomfort and there's a bit of itching or a burning feeling on my face. Could this be because of the cream? Do you know of any alternative medicine I could try? I'm a 30-year-old guy.

I've been dealing with this persistent itching on my inner thigh near the scrotum and it's really bothering me.
