I've been chewing tobacco for the past 2 years but stopped completely now. My mouth barely opens beyond 2.5 cm and I'm worried it might be oral submucous fibrosis. Really scared of surgery are there any medications that can help improve this?

View allI've been dealing with a lot of sneezing, a running nose, and now a blocked nose for over 20 days, and my head feels heavy. I tried taking cetrizine and cetgel, but they haven't helped. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do next?
Consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist or an allergist to rule out underlying conditions such as allergies, sinusitis, or nasal polyps; in addition to Cetrizine and Cetgel, you may want to try other treatments like nasal saline irrigation, steam inhalation, or immunotherapy; also, ask your doctor about alternative medications like Montelukast, Azelastine, or Fluticasone nasal spray, which may provide relief from your symptoms.

I've had cervical lymphadenopathy for over 6 years with multiple lumps in my neck that haven't grown much recently. No biopsy or FNAC has been done yet, and I'm unsure if it's serious. I can't afford expensive surgery right now are there any other options to reduce or get rid of these lumps without breaking the bank?
needs P/E for better advice.

I'm really concerned because I've had tonsillitis for three weeks now and it just won't go away. I've been on antibiotics for ten days but haven't seen any improvement. Could this be a bacterial or viral infection? Also, I can't help but worry if this could be a sign of early HIV ARS. I don't have any other symptoms, just swollen tonsils with white spots. What could be going on?
no need to worry it's not related HIV, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
