I've been considering taking sildenafil zenegra 100mg every day and I'm wondering if it could change the consistency of my sperm. Will it become more watery instead of its usual creamy and thick texture?

Using sildenafil (Zenegra) daily doesn't directly affect the consistency of sperm, which is typically creamy and thick. However, some men may experience changes in semen volume or appearance as a side effect, but it's not a common or expected outcome. If you're concerned, it's best to discuss this with your doctor for personalized advice.

I've had a hernia on the left side of my groin for a while, and recently noticed my spermatocele in the upper scrotum has gotten bigger. The hernia has been a bit painful the last few days, and the spermatocele seems to have grown around the same time. Could the hernia be causing the spermatocele to increase in size? If I get hernia surgery, will that help with the spermatocele too? Are there any non-surgical treatments for spermatocele that might help?
Apollo is best for it.
