I've been coughing a lot at night for the past couple of days, and now I'm seeing blood in the phlegm when I cough, but not in my saliva. It's starting to worry me. Could you please give me some advice on what might be going on?

View allI'm having a really hard time hearing because my ear is blocked with wax. I've never really used cotton buds or pins to clean my ears since I was a kid, but now I feel like I might need to. I'm really worried about damaging my eardrums, though. Is there another way to get rid of the wax without using buds or pins? I'd really appreciate any advice on what I can do.
You can use DEWAX ear drops that will dissolve the wax, do not attmept to remove it by yourself visit ENT doctor for ear toileting or vaccum aspiration.

I've recently noticed a lump above my Adam's apple, I've had it for about two weeks now. It feels a bit uncomfortable when I swallow. What could this be, and should I be concerned?
That could be thyroid swelling or thyroglossal cyst,visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and further management.
