I've been dealing with acid reflux lately, and I'm worried if it's related to my asthma or if it could damage my lungs in some way. Could GERD be a cause or make things worse?

View allI've been having a really rough time with a high fever, vomiting, loose stools, terrible stomach ache, and I'm finding it hard to breathe. It's been going on for three days now. Should I be worried or see someone about this?
You can take a tab. pantakind once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 5 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and I'm feeling pretty confused about how to find the right treatment. Is IBS something that can actually be treated or am I likely to struggle with this long-term? I'm open to trying out different treatments, whether it's allopathic, homeopathic, or Ayurveda, but I just don't know where to start. Any advice on what might be the best route to take?
Visit Gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate management as there are different types in IBS.
