I've noticed that I keep sneezing every morning right after I wake up, and also when I'm cooking. This has been happening for almost two years now. I took cetirizine and tried some ayurvedic medicine, which helped while I was taking them, but the sneezing came back once I stopped. I recommend taking Allegra (Fexofenadine) 180mg once daily in the morning to help control your symptoms. Additionally, using a nasal spray like Flonase (Fluticasone) 2 sprays in each nostril once daily can also help reduce nasal inflammation and sneezing. Make sure to continue these medications regularly for best results.
