I've been dealing with allergic rhinitis for a while and recently saw a homeopath who said it's turned into nasal polyps. Is there any way to treat nasal polyps without having to go through surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible.

Keep your ear dry and avoid swimming, showering, and submerging your head in water for at least two weeks after your procedure. Use ear drops or ointment as directed by your doctor. Avoid activities that may cause trauma to your ears, such as playing flying in airplane, loud music, swimming without cap etc.

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my mouth or throat for the past couple of days, and when I checked, I saw a small white spot inside my throat. It feels like a piece of food is stuck there, but drinking water hasn't helped at all. Could this be some kind of boil or an infection? I'm a bit worried and would love your advice on this.
