I've been dealing with allergic rhinitis for a while. Montair FX helps, but I have issues whenever I don't take it. I've been on it every day for the past year. Can you tell me if there's a cure for this or what else I should do?

I usually stick to montina l-cetirizine for it, and breathing's never been an issueuntil recently. For the past 34 weeks, I've noticed difficulty in breathing and a cough. I've been taking montina l to help with the breathing issues, but today I also had a runny nose and cough, so I took sinarest too. Now Im a bit worried. Is it okay to take montina l with sinarest at the same time?

I'm dealing with an urticaria issue that's been going on for about two months now. Could you tell me which allergy tests I might consider getting? Also, is it possible that my thyroid could be contributing to this urticaria problem?

Can I get the Covaxin vaccine if I have my asthma managed with inhalers and a high IgE level around 4000, but I don't have any other health issues? I'm just a bit unsure because of my IgE levels.
Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 7 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 7 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient. After completing 5 days treatment covaxin is advised to the patient.
