I've been dealing with allergic sinus infection for the past 2-3 months and recently had a CT PNS scan. The ENT specialist recommended surgery to reduce swelling and clear the blockage, but I'm wondering if homeopathic treatment could permanently fix the sinus issue without needing surgery

If it is allergic nasal wash and steroid spray can take care of it. Get a allergy test done and treat the allergy by immunotherapy. Surgery is done if all measures to clear sinuses are exhausted and you have a blocked nose

View allI've been having some trouble with my nose and noticed this yellowish thing inside, which I guess might be a polyp. I remember a doctor mentioning back in 2018 that I had polyps and might need surgery. But now, when I look in the mirror, I can really see it there, and it's tough to breathe through that nostril. When I try to inhale hard, it feels like something's vibrating near it. Do you think surgery is the only way to fix this, or is there a chance medication could help?
Surgical excisiion is the only solution,do not delay get it removed because that could lead to Sinusitis

I'm a 27-year-old male nurse working in the surgery OT and I've had chronic pharyngitis for 3 months now. I've tried meds like tab Lnz, tab Dexa, and tab Razo D but nothing seems to work. Lately, I've been getting this weird chest pain right in the center every morning and it's making me really worried what could be going on?

I'm worried because I think a little bit of food went down my windpipe, but I'm not coughing or choking. It feels like the food might still be there. What should I do? Could you help me out with some advice?
