I've been dealing with this annoying pricking sensation in my throat, and it's really starting to bother me. It's right at the front on the right side and only seems to happen when I swallow my saliva. Im not sure what could be causing this. Could it be something serious or just a minor issue? Id love to hear your thoughts on this.

I've been diagnosed with hearing loss and saw three ENT doctors two said it's conductive hearing loss from a deviated septum and recommended nose surgery, while the third thinks it could be otosclerosis and suggested a stapedectomy. I'm really confused about which diagnosis is right and what surgery I should consider. How do I figure out the best course of action here?
