I've been dealing with this annoying tinnitus that just won't go away. I've tried Tinnex for about a week, but it didnt really help. Its been almost three months now, and both my ears keep on having this ringing sound. Sometimes, there's even a bit of pain. What should I do?

View allI'm really worried because I can see my epiglottis and it seems like it's always visible. Ive been dealing with allergic bronchitis and lately I feel like there's something stuck in my throat, although it doesn't actually hurt. However, I've developed a throat infection over the last week. Is it normal for my epiglottis to be visible all the time? I'm pretty scared about this. What should I do?
Usually epiglottis is deep inside thats not visible for one self, even then if you are sure and its bothering you, visit ENT docotor for evaluation and appropriate managemnet.

I've had these holes in my ears since I was a kid, but I'm not really sure what they are. I did some googling and it looks like they might need surgery if they ever get infected. Here's the thing: I have no idea if my ears are infected or not. Every time I press near the holes, some kind of fluid comes out. Do you have any idea what this could be? Should I be worried?
That could be CSOM,this needs immediate attention, visit ENT docotor for evaluation and appropriate management, yes this might need surgical correction.
