I've been dealing with recurrent sinusitis for a year now, with nasal blockage and fever, but it's gotten worse over the last 4 months. I wake up with snoring, a blocked nose, and yellow discharge, plus constant low-grade fever. I had nose surgery 3 years ago for a bone growth causing obstruction, which helped a little back then. I've tried antibiotics, steroids, homeopathy, and ayurveda, but nothing has fully fixed it. A recent X-ray showed bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy and maxillary sinusitis. What's the best solution to stop the blockages and prevent this from coming back?
Given the persistence and worsening of your sinusitis symptoms, including snoring, nasal blockage, yellow discharge, and low-grade fever, it's crucial to seek medical attention. A doctor or ENT specialist can properly diagnose the cause and recommend the most appropriate treatment

My 4.6-year-old son has been struggling with adenoid issues for a year now and sometimes can't breathe properly through his mouth. The doctor recommended surgery but I'm unsure what's the latest and safest type of adenoidectomy available? Is going for surgery the right choice for his age?
You can attempt conservative line of treatment(intranasal corticosteroid sprays) till his 5th birthday. If it does not regress by then, please have him undergo Coblation assisted Adenoidectomy under GA.
