I've been dealing with anxiety disorder since the pandemic, and I'm 32 now. I don't have a family history of high blood pressure, but because of anxiety, my readings were 14090 and 13080. The doctor put me on medication almost a year ago, and now my BP is 11070 and 12080. I'm currently taking Revelol 25. Is it really necessary to stay on blood pressure meds forever? I've also managed to lose around 15 kgs. Would love your advice on this.

It's great to hear that you have been able to reduce your weight and that your blood pressure has improved with Revelol 25 (Metoprolol). It's important to continue taking your blood pressure medication as prescribed by your doctor, even if your blood pressure readings have improved. High blood pressure can be managed with lifestyle changes like weight loss, but sometimes medication is still necessary for long-term control. It's best to follow your doctor's advice regarding the duration of treatment with Revelol 25 to effectively manage your blood pressure and prevent any complications associated with hypertension.

I'm really puzzled right now. My EKG keeps coming back abnormal, but the cardiologist didnt mention any problems before. I've started having palpitations, and there's been a lot of stress in my life lately. I decided to get a second opinion from a different cardiologist, but I'm confused. My EKG shows an incomplete right bundle branch block and a left anterior fascicular block. What does that even mean? My blood work is fine, my blood pressure is always excellent, and I dont have high cholesterol. Can you help me understand this?

Patient has heart block, cardiac opinion is advised, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers are advised..

I'm wondering if taking Electral powder could lead to a rise in blood pressure. Is it safe for someone with high BP or diabetes to have? Could you please clarify this for me?

Electral powder is generally safe for high blood pressure and diabetic patients to take, as it is a balanced oral rehydration solution that helps in restoring electrolyte balance in the body. However, it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement.

I've recently had a TMT test done and I'm trying to wrap my head around the results. The test summary says Total Time is 631, Max HR Attained is 184 bpm, and it's 96% of my target, which is 191. It also mentions Max BP is 190100 and Max workload is 7.6 with Bruce Protocol. My doctor said everything looks fine and that I shouldn't worry, but I just want to make sure all these values are normal. Could you help me understand if there's anything I should be concerned about or if it's all really okay?

everything is normal
