I've been dealing with asthma for a couple of years now, and I've been on telekast, Acebrophylline, and montelukast for about a year. Lately, Ive been experiencing this burning sensation in my chest and sometimes I feel anxious or confused, and I've been having some really vivid bad dreams. I'm starting to think it might be the montelukast causing these issues. Are there other medications I could try for my allergies?

I'm really worried about my mother. She's been diagnosed with lymph nodes TB after a biopsy, and we saw a specialist at a private ENT hospital. They've prescribed a bunch of medications like AKuriT4, which includes Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, and Ethambutol hydrochloride, along with Rablist DSR capsules, Livogen captabs, and Lyorech capsules. I'm just unsure where to start her treatmentshould we stick with the private hospital or go to a DOTS center? Are there any risks associated with either option? I just want to make sure I'm making the best choice for her care.

I've had this stubborn dry cough for about 15 days now. It all started with a cold and cough, and I took some antibiotics and chest cold tablets for a few days back then. The cold cleared up, but this cough just won't go away. It's mostly at night before I sleep, but somehow it doesn't bother me when I'm actually asleep. The coughing makes it hard to breathe and sometimes I feel like my heart's racing. I even get these shivering vibrations in my upper body and hands. I already spoke to a general physician and got a bunch of medications like montelukast sodium, levocetirizine hydrochloride, methylprednisolone, and cefpodoxime proxetil potassium clavulanate. I'm on my second day of this prescription, and then I read online that some of these are for asthma. Really curious and a bit worried about what this could be, and if it's got to do with my lungs or heart. Any advice on what's going on and how to find out more?
