I've been dealing with asthma for a long time and currently use seroflo 250 inhaler once daily plus duolin inhaler when needed. Had sinus surgery two years ago but still feel my lungs are very weak constant cold and cough all day. Taking montair lc daily to keep the cold under control but want to avoid steroids. I'm a 30-year-old male, 75kg. What else can I do to manage this better?

View allI've been dealing with bronchial asthma since 2015, and usually, I just take my rotacapsules when it's hard to breathe. I don't get serious attacks, but there's often a wheezing sound, and breathing gets tough sometimes. Lately, though, I've noticed it's getting worse after meals. My stomach feels tight, and I've had to use my MAXIFLOW 250mg rotacapsules more frequently. Could you help me understand what's going on and how I can manage this better? Are there specific things I should be eating or avoiding to help with this issue?

I'm worried because it feels like my deep breaths aren't fully satisfying, even though my normal breaths seem okay. After 7 to 8 regular breaths, I feel like I need a deeper breath but it's incomplete. Plus, I'm feeling kind of weak, maybe even feverish, but I don't actually have a fever. Could you help me understand what's going on?
Ecg and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.

I've been experiencing some late-night wheezing that lasts for a bit. It usually gets better after I use ginger honey, but I'm curious about what's causing it. I don't have a history of asthma, although my sister does. Could there be a connection? Should I be worried about this?
use same remedy until its effective
