I've been dealing with asthma for a long time and currently use seroflo 250 inhaler once daily plus duolin inhaler when needed. Had sinus surgery two years ago but still feel my lungs are very weak constant cold and cough all day. Taking montair lc daily to keep the cold under control but want to avoid steroids. I'm a 30-year-old male, 75kg. What else can I do to manage this better?

View allI've been dealing with this really persistent cough for the past month, and it gets really bad at night. It's to the point where I have trouble breathing because of the cough. Ive had an X-ray and blood tests, but everything came back normal. Why does my breathing stop at night because of the cough? What's going on?
Ecg,cardiac markers and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

I've been feeling this odd pain when I take a deep breath, almost like a sharp sensation in my chest. Sometimes, it even hurts a little when I'm not breathing deeply, which is kind of worrying. I'm trying to figure out what could be going on here. Could this be something serious, or is it something I shouldn't worry too much about? Any advice on what I should do next?

I'm dealing with hereditary asthma and usually manage ok with my inhaler a few times a week, especially when it's cold. But right now, I'm wondering if there's a mild nebulizer solution that would help. Is Duolin enough for this, or should I consider trying Foracort? I'd really appreciate any advice.
without consult don't use nebulizer by your own
