I've been dealing with a bit of a situation. A week ago, I had a throat infection and was on medication for it, but then I started having stomach upset and loose motions. I decided to stop the medication, and I tried arrowroot powder to help. It seemed to work, but now, for the past three days, I've had stomach pain on both sides. I dont usually have issues with gastric acidity, but the pain gets worse when I walk, go upstairs, or take a deep breath. What should I do about this?

I've recently had a routine checkup and my SGPT is 146 ul and SGOT is 56 ul. Plus, my cholesterol is a bit high at 210. It's the first time my SGPT and SGOT levels have been high, and I don't drink alcohol. I'm having this weird issue where my burp just gets stuck halfway, and I've been burping a lot lately. On top of that, I've got this burning feeling in my chest, and my nose feels super dry but blocked at the same time. It's really frustrating. I'm also experiencing dizziness and sometimes even a burning sensation in my feet. All of these symptoms started after I had COVID in 2021. I've had allergic rhinitis for over 5 years, but I've never dealt with GERD before. My upper endoscopy and colonoscopy came back normal, as did my ECG and echo. I'm really starting to feel desperate and kind of pathetic. Do you have any ideas on what could be going on with me?
