I've been dealing with bleeding piles and I'm currently breastfeeding my baby. Is it safe for me to use lactulose solution? Could it have any effects on my baby?

Lactulose solution is generally considered safe during breastfeeding, as it is not absorbed into the bloodstream and therefore unlikely to pass into breastmilk
