I've been dealing with bleeding piles for the past 10 days and it hasn't stopped, even though I had laser surgery for piles a year and a half ago. I'm currently taking tranexamic acid tablets but the bleeding continues. What else can I do to stop the bleeding or are there other medications you'd recommend?

Since the bleeding persists despite tranexamic acid and your previous laser surgery, it's crucial to seek professional medical advice

View allI'm experiencing this burning sensation in my upper abdomen, mostly on the right side, and it's been getting pretty intense. I also feel some shortage of breath. The pain usually lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes, and it tends to calm down after I drink a lot of water and burp, but the burning feeling lingers for a bit. This has happened 2-3 times over the last few days, and I'm a bit concerned. I have a one-month-old baby who is entirely breastfed could this be a digestive issue? I'm considering trying Ayurvedic remedies, do you think that might be a good idea?
Your symptoms appear to be that of gastroenteritis. You would require an antacid to get relief from the symptoms. Avoid spicy, oily, fried, deep fried and junk food. Aim to drink 3 litres of water per day. Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once a day

I had large intestine surgery a month ago because of some perforations they removed part of it and reconnected it. I usually smoke shisha or hookah just for fun without inhaling. Is it safe for me to do that now?
After large intestine surgery, it’s best to avoid shisha or hookah, even if not inhaled, as the smoke and carbon monoxide can affect healing and overall bowel function.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with H. pylori for the past three months and my heart rate has been consistently around 107. Is this something I should be concerned about? Can it pose any serious risks to my health? I would really appreciate any insights or advice.
