I've been dealing with a blocked nose due to sinus issues for the past 5 years and have relied on Otrivin for relief. An ENT specialist recommended FESS surgery, but it's too expensive for me right now. Are there any other treatments or alternatives that could help improve my condition without surgery?

Consider nasal irrigation, antihistamines, and steroids first; FESS surgery is a last resort if all else fails.

He's never been into drinking alcohol or smoking, so I'm not sure what's going on. Could you help me understand what's causing this and maybe recommend a good mouthwash or something that might help with his breathing?
