I've been dealing with boils on the right side of my bum for a few months now and the itching at night is just unbearable. Can you recommend any ointment that might help with this?

That could be folliculitis or funagl infection,do not try to scratch them or squeeze them,visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm currently using Benzac 5, but someone recently suggested Pernex AC, which is much cheaper. My tube of Benzac only lasts about two weeks and is pretty expensive compared to Pernex. I'm wondering if I can switch to Pernex instead? Is it just as effective?
Benzac AC is a topical gel that works by reducing acne-causing bacteria and removing dead skin cells.
