I've been dealing with a buttock sinus issue for the past five years and some doctors are suggesting surgery as a permanent fix. I'm not sure what to do is surgery really the best option for this problem? What are the risks or alternatives I should consider?

View allI've had a pilonidal sinus for over a year now and it's really bothering me whenever I sit too long at work or in the car, the pain kicks in and the area swells up. Are there any treatment options for this that don't involve surgery?
By reducing direct contact with the seat, you can significantly decrease discomfort and pain. 2. Practice Good Posture: Maintaining proper posture while sitting can also help reduce pain associated with Pilonidal Sinus. Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed

my doctor said i have a hernia in the early stage is it possible to treat it without surgery can medicines alone fix it or will i eventually need an operation
Early-stage hernias usually can't be reversed with medicine alone. Surgery is the definitive treatment, though wearing a truss and avoiding strain can delay progression in some cases.

My 2-year-old daughter has a small 3.4mm inguinal hernia on the right side. A few doctors have recommended surgery, but I'm worried about putting her through an operation at such a young age. Are there any non-surgical options to treat this or could it heal on its own? What would you suggest for her case?
Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.
