I've been dealing with this chest pain and burping for a couple of days now, and I'm honestly getting a bit worried. I've tried taking 45mg of aspirin, but it's not helping at all. Do you have any idea what might be causing this pain?

View allMy mother has congestive heart failure and her doctor recommended she take Azmarda 100mg twice a day. I'm wondering if there's a more affordable alternative to Azmarda 100mg that would still be effective? Were keeping an eye on costs and just trying to find the best option for her treatment.
for your mother's condition of congestive cardiac failure, an alternative to Amzarda 100mg that is more cost-effective is Losartan 50mg. It can be taken once daily and is a good option for managing heart failure while being more affordable."

I'm really concerned because I was told my ECG showed NSR incomplete, and I'm experiencing some weird symptoms like heaviness in my head, weakness, lower back ache, mild chest pain on the left side, and even some gastritis. Could this all be related? Should I be worried about how these symptoms are connected?
Based on your symptoms, it is important to address each issue individually. For the incomplete NSR on ECG, it may indicate a potential heart rhythm abnormality. To help regulate your heart rhythm, you can take a beta-blocker like Metoprolol (25-50mg) once daily. For the heaviness in head and weakness, it could be related to your blood pressure. You can take Amlodipine (5-10mg) once daily to help lower your blood pressure and improve blood flow. For lower back ache, you can take Ibuprofen (400-600mg) every 6-8 hours as needed for pain relief and inflammation reduction. For the mild pain in the left chest, it is important to rule out any cardiac issues. You can take Aspirin (81mg) daily to help prevent any potential clot formation. For gastritis, you can take Omeprazole (20mg) once daily before breakfast to reduce stomach acid and alleviate symptoms.

I've been having heart pain for about 10 days now and it's really starting to worry me. It's also affecting my lower shoulder and back, and I'm finding it hard to breathe sometimes. I feel tired all the time and occasionally feel nauseous too. I'm concerned about what's going on. Do you think this could be something serious?
Based on the description of your symptoms, it is important to seek medical attention promptly. The combination of heart pain, lower shoulder and back pain, heavy breathing, constant fatigue, and occasional nausea could be indicative of a serious underlying condition. It is crucial to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
