I've been dealing with chest pain and headaches since yesterday, and I also had a fever last night. Over the past few weeks, I've lost about 10 kilos, and I'm wondering if this might be related to depression since a lots been going on in my personal life. I've been reading articles online, and now Im worried that my symptoms could be signs of HIV. It's really exhausting me mentally and physically, and I haven't talked to a doctor about any of this before. I'm 27 years old and currently weigh 59 kilos. I get tired really easily and can't handle much physical work. What steps should I take next?
