Chronic fissures can often be managed with Ayurvedic or conservative treatments, but long-term healing depends on severity. Surgery may be needed if symptoms persist despite natural approaches.

I'm 32 years old and have been experiencing chest pain when I get angry or cry for the last six months. I checked with ECG and ECHO TMT, and everything came out normal. No palpitations or shortness of breath, but I do have a lot of belching and epigastric pain. Im taking two pantocid tablets now. It's scary because it feels like I might be having a heart attack. My gut says something isn't right, and it's really worrying me. Since the pain started, I've become quieter. Any idea what could be going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of acid reflux, which can often mimic heart-related issues. The chest pain triggered by emotions, along with belching and epigastric pain, are common symptoms of acid reflux. Since your ECG, ECHO, and TMT results are normal, it is less likely to be related to your heart. To help with your symptoms, continue taking Pantocid as prescribed. Additionally, you can try taking an antacid like Rantac (150mg) when you experience epigastric pain. Avoid spicy and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and try not to eat close to bedtime. It may also be helpful to elevate the head of your bed while sleeping. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and possible referral to a gastroenterologist.

I've been monitoring my stool for the past week, and after dealing with constipation for about three days, I noticed these small round red spots on my stool. They disappeared for a bit, but now they're back, although not in large numbers. It's a little freaky for me. Last month, I had a high blood pressure issue, but it's controlled now with homeopathic meds. Could you help me understand what might be going on?

The presence of red spots in your stool could be due to various reasons, including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Since you have a history of high blood pressure and are currently taking Homeopathic medicines, it is important to be cautious with any additional medications. I recommend you take a stool test to check for any signs of blood in the stool. In the meantime, you can consider taking a stool softener like Docusate Sodium to help with constipation and reduce straining during bowel movements. Additionally, increasing your fiber intake and staying hydrated can also help improve your bowel movements.

I've been dealing with chest pains for the past year and just recently, theyve gotten really intense. I've had all sorts of tests done ECG, echo, TMT, chest X-ray, and blood work like hscrp and cholesterol and everything comes back normal or borderline. Heres the thing, when I take gas tablets, I feel a lot better, but I can't shake off this anxious feeling, and I keep thinking negatively. Ive seen about ten cardiologists, and they all say my heart is fine, but the anxiety just wont go away. Is this heart pain or something like GERD? My heart races when I hear bad news, and it's making me uneasy even though there's no family history of heart issues. I'm 29. The pain sometimes hits my rib side, other times its in the upper chest, and it's sharp. Bloating seems to make it feel easier, and when I overthink, my breathing feels weird but it settles down in about 45 minutes. What could be causing all this?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety along with your chest pain. The fact that your cardiac tests have come back normal is reassuring. To address your symptoms, you can try taking an antacid medication for your possible GERD symptoms and an anti-anxiety medication for your anxiety symptoms. For your chest pain relief, you can take over-the-counter antacids like Tums (calcium carbonate) as needed for gas relief. For your anxiety symptoms, you can try an anti-anxiety medication like Xanax (alprazolam) at a low dose as prescribed by a doctor. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga may also help alleviate your symptoms.
