I've been dealing with a constant, light phlegm in my throat for about 4 months now. It all started back during the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown when I used a tissue between my kerchief and nose for 2 days while on duty. By the third day, I had chest and throat pain, and the phlegm got worse. I've stopped using tissues, but the phlegm issue didn't go away. I visited a couple of medical shops, but the medicines they gave me like Amoxycillin, Intase Incoff Forte, Histan B, Kuffdryl, and Amorax didnt really help. Now, apart from those first two days, I havent had any chest or throat pain, no sneezes or runny nose. It's just that the phlegm keeps coming, and sometimes I have to cough it up and spit it out almost every minute. Its not thick or green. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I just had ear wax removal today. The doctor gave me ear drops to use for a week, and then they took care of the wax manually. It wasn't painful, but now I'm feeling some pressure and pain in my ear. Is this something that usually happens afterward? The doctor mentioned Calpol and Zoxwax drops, and also prescribed an Allrite DC tablet. I'm wondering how long I might feel this way.
That's usually normal and won't persist more than 2-3 days,if you notice any abnormal discharge or severe pain visit your doctor for appropriate treatment.

I've had a sore and scratchy throat for the last four months. I've seen multiple ENT specialists, and each one gave me a different diagnosis one said acid reflux, but I don't feel any heartburn, another found ethmoid sinusitis on a CT scan and suggested post nasal drip as the cause. He prescribed meds for a month and mentioned sinus surgery if it didn't improve, but I didn't go back because I don't want surgery. The next ENT did another CT scan, which showed sinusitis and lymphadenitis, but he said everything was normal and it's just an infection. I don't feel normal though, and after searching online, I'm worried about long-term sore throat being linked to cancer. Could this just be an infection, or is there a chance it's something more serious?
A thorough ent check-up is advised to the patient, including endoscopy, and also a biopsy sample is taken to rule out malignancy .Ent opinion is advised.
