I've been dealing with this cough and some phlegm in my throat, but oddly, there's no fever or cold symptoms along with it. It's just the cough thats bugging me, even after one round of antibiotics. I dont cough all the time, but I can definitely feel that there's phlegm there. What's going on here? Should I be concerned or doing something different?

View allI'm having some trouble with congestion in my chest and hearing noises when I breathe, mostly because of dust, I think. A few days ago, I had a fever, and my back's been hurting, probably because of the breathing issues. Plus, the cough is making the pain in my throat and back worse. Can you give me some advice on what I should do?
Syrup salbutamol 10 ml orally thrice daily is advised to the patient.

I've been feeling really congested in my chest and no matter how much I sleep, I just wake up feeling tired all day like I can't get enough rest. I tried taking Asthalin before sleeping last night and it seemed to help a bit with the fatigue. I'm also dealing with a lot of acidity all day long, and sometimes it even makes me vomit and I end up coughing up a lot of phlegm. Do you think these things are related, and what can I do about it?
