I've been dealing with a dandruff issue and my doctor initially recommended Topisal 6. However, when I went to the pharmacy, they didn't have it in stock, so they gave me Propysalic NF instead. I'm wondering if Propysalic NF works just as well as Topisal 6, or should I try to get back on Topisal 6? Would love to hear your thoughts on whether this switch might affect how effective it is for treating my dandruff.

Propysalic NF contains clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid, which are effective in treating dandruff. However, it may have a different potency compared to Topisal 6%, which contains clobetasol propionate only. Propysalic NF can be effective in treating dandruff, but if you are not seeing the desired results, you may consider switching back to Topisal 6% for better control of your dandruff. Follow the prescribed dosage and application instructions for optimal results.

I'm really worried about my hair. For the past three years, the temples on my scalp have been losing hair really fast, and even the front center part seems to be thinning out more every day. I'm a bit confused about how to use the Ekran soft gel. Do I need to be in the sun after applying it, or is that not necessary? Also, should I only put it on the affected area or spread it across my whole face?
To use Ekran Soft Gel, you should apply it evenly to the affected area of the skin. There is no need to expose the skin to the sun after applying this gel. Just make sure to apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area and gently massage it in. It is not necessary to apply it to the entire face unless directed by your doctor.
