I've been dealing with a dry cough lately, and in the mornings, I'm coughing up white sputum. I got tested for COVID, and it's negative. I've also had bronchitis for the past couple of years. Right now, I'm using steam inhalation and the Budecort inhaler. Could you please suggest any other medicines or treatments that might help?

View allI'm worried about my chest X-ray results and don't really feel satisfied with the explanation I got from my doctor. The report mentions a nonhomogenous patchy opacity in the right apical region with adjacent fibro-bronchiectatic changes, along with a few small calcific densities in the right upper zone. It suggests something about chronic infective etiology. Could you help me understand if this is something serious or if I need to be concerned?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

I've been dealing with tuberculosis for a month now and have been on medication since February 4, 2017. I quit my job to rest and recover, but I'm now considering getting back to work. Is it safe for me to go back now, or is there still a risk of spreading the infection? Plus, I've been having a mild fever with chills about once a weekis that something to worry about? I'm really worried because I've had this cough for the past three months, and now, for the last two weeks, I've also been struggling with breathing. It's a dry cough, and even though I've been drinking a warm glass of water every morning and gargling with salt water for the past couple of weeks, nothing's helping.
