I've been dealing with exfoliative cheilitis for around 6 years now, ever since I started taking some antibiotics, and it's been really tough. My lips get all flaky and dry, and the skin turns white when it hits water. There's even this white vermilion line forming where my lips touch. I'm really curious if there's any kind of treatment that can help with this. Any advice would be great!

View allI've gone through a couple of PRP sessions, but my hair fall still isn't under control. It even looks worse now. How long does it usually take for PRP to start showing results in terms of controlling hair fall and promoting regrowth?
PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma) therapy typically requires 3-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results, and it may take 6-12 months to notice significant hair regrowth and reduction in hair fall, but individual responses vary, so consult your doctor to reassess and adjust your treatment plan, and consider combining PRP with other hair loss treatments, such as minoxidil or low-level laser therapy, for enhanced efficacy

I'm currently taking biotin tablets for hair fall called biokare od, and I usually take them after my evening meal. However, I've been experiencing dizziness and constipation since I started using them. I'm wondering if it would be okay to take an antacid like aciloc alongside biokare od to help with these side effects. What do you recommend?
Yes you can use acolic when u have such episodes but ask your dermatologist for alternate medicine because dizziness is unusual symptom which says its showing hypersensitivity.

I'm feeling really worried about these pearly penile papules and I'm looking for some advice. Are there any home remedies or treatments you can suggest? Also, do I need any specific medicine to get rid of them?
Pearly penile papules (PPP) are harmless, but for aesthetic concerns, consider consulting a dermatologist for professional advice; some home remedies like tea tree oil, castor oil, and aloe vera gel may help reduce inflammation, but there's limited scientific evidence for their effectiveness; medical treatments like carbon dioxide laser therapy, cryotherapy, or radiosurgery may be recommended by a dermatologist, but over-the-counter (OTC) medicines are not typically advised for PPP removal.
