I've been dealing with a few warts at the base of my penis and used podowart on them, but now the area around it is really hurting and looks like it's burnt. What should I do to treat this?

View allI've been dealing with scabies in my underarms, and my skin has turned black because of it. This problem seems to keep coming back. What could be causing this recurring issue, and is there any way to treat the darkened skin and prevent the scabies from coming back again?
To treat scabies, you can use Permethrin cream 5%. Apply a thin layer of the cream to your entire body from the neck down and leave it on for 8-14 hours before washing it off. This should be repeated in 7 days. Additionally, you can take an antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to wash all clothes, bedding, and towels in hot water to prevent re-infestation.

I've been using Lumaglo for about three weeks, and now my skin has turned red. Plus, it's started peeling off in small layers, leaving these white patches. It's almost like the affected areas are turning black too. I'm really worried about what's happening. Could you please help me understand what's going on and what I should do about it?
Your history is inappropriate, and this needs physical examination, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I've developed this dark and rough skin on the sides of my nose, and while it doesn't itch much, it's been bothering me for about 3-4 months now. I scratched it once out of irritation, and that only made it worse. Though it's reduced a bit since then, I'm still not seeing much improvement. I tried using lemon juice, but it burned, so I've switched to aloe gel, but it doesn't seem to be helping either. Any idea what might be causing this and what I could do to make it better?
Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, and in the meantime, try using a gentle exfoliating scrub, a topical cream containing niacinamide or kojic acid, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen to help improve the dark, rough skin on the sides of your nose.
