I've been dealing with a fracture in my fifth metatarsal since November 18th, and was told not to walk for 4 weeks. Now that I'm getting back on my feet, my leg isn't quite right. It's weaker and I have a medium level of pain around the fracture area. I had a new X-ray today, and while it looks a bit better, the fracture is still pretty noticeable. I can walk, but I'm only at about 60% of my former strength. Should I be concerned about not seeing more improvement at this point? What else could I do to heal better?

I've been diagnosed with lytic lesions in my foot and had an X-ray done. The doctor recommended surgery, but I'm a bit unsure and would like a second opinion. Can you review my case and let me know if surgery is the best option or if there are other treatments I should consider?

I'm 6 weeks post-op from arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder for an ALPSA lesion and need to start active movements and external rotation exercises. Since I can't see a physio right now, what exercises can I safely do at home? I also have slight pain during internal rotation should I be concerned about that?
ortho opinion is advised to the patient at apollo hospital.
