I've been dealing with frequent urination for the past two weeks and it's really getting to me. I've already tried antibiotics like Niftas and Flavospas, but they haven't helped at all. I seem to keep getting these UTIs over and over, and it's so frustrating. What else could be going on and what should I do next?

View allI have bilateral grade 1 varicocele but my left testicle feels heavy and painful especially when lying down. I'm considering surgery but unsure whether microsurgical varicocelectomy or embolization would be better in terms of success rates and fewer complications. Which option tends to have better outcomes for cases like mine?
For a case of bilateral Grade 1 varicocele with pain and heaviness in the left testicle, microsurgical varicocelectomy is generally preferred over embolization due to its higher success rates and potentially fewer long-term complications.

I'm really into fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular gym workouts and a balanced diet. But I'm kind of worried about something that I haven't found a clear answer for. Does masturbation more than twice a week have any negative effects on my health? And if I do it on consecutive days, is that harmful in any way? Just trying to understand if it's affecting my fitness journey or overall health in any way.
Yes you can take no problem.

I have a 7mm kidney stone stuck in my right pelviureteric junction can medicines help pass it or is surgery the only option? What would you recommend?
A 7mm kidney stone lodged in the right pelviureteric junction (the junction where the kidney connects to the ureter) is unlikely to pass naturally and often requires medical intervention. While medications can help with some types of kidney stones, they are generally ineffective for calcium stones, which are the most common type. Surgery is often recommended for stones of this size and location
