I've been dealing with a fungal infection that I treated last year, and while most of it's gone, I'm noticing these big, deep stretch marks appearing on my skin really quickly. Its a bit worrying. I know Ive got low hemoglobin and Im deficient in vitamin B and B12. What should I do about these skin changes?

So I've been on rifampicin for about two weeks to treat my tuberculosis, and I've noticed that my skin is becoming darker and kind of shiny. Is this something normal? Should I be worried about this change in my skin?
Skin getting dark and shiny is not a normal side effect. This could be a sign of a serious condition called drug-induced liver injury. I recommend stopping rifampicin immediately and consulting your healthcare provider. An alternative medication regimen may be necessary.
