I've been dealing with a fungal infection that I treated last year, and while most of it's gone, I'm noticing these big, deep stretch marks appearing on my skin really quickly. Its a bit worrying. I know Ive got low hemoglobin and Im deficient in vitamin B and B12. What should I do about these skin changes?

I've developed this heat boil on my lower abdomen and it's really bothering me. I just started working out and have added boiled egg whites and whey protein to my diet. Could these changes be causing it? What should I do to get rid of it? Would love some advice!

I've been dealing with heavy hairfall and dandruff for years. My dermatologist suggested Folica hair tincture, but ever since I started using it, my hairs been falling out way more. My tests say I dont have any nutritional deficiencies. Should I stop using this stuff, or is this kind of hair loss normal?
- It's common to experience initial hair shedding when starting treatments like Folica, but if the hair loss continues or worsens, it's best to stop using it and consult your dermatologist. They may need to adjust your treatment plan.
