I've been dealing with gastric trouble for 4-5 years, but this time it's really bad. I get gas in my stomach no matter what I eat, like even if it's just papaya or any other food. Do you have any advice or solutions for this?

You are experiencing chronic gastric issues. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast. Additionally, you can take Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) 125mg after meals to help relieve gas in your stomach. It is also important to avoid foods that trigger gas such as beans, cabbage, and carbonated drinks. Make sure to drink plenty of water and practice stress-reducing activities like yoga or meditation.

View allI'm experiencing belching on an empty stomach and feeling nauseous really early in the morning, around 4 a.m., usually when I'm sleeping. Plus, I've been having loose stools about once a week, though they're not super liquidy. Seven months back, I had an endoscopy that showed gastritis in my stomach's antrum and bile stasis, but it wasnt H. pylori. An ultrasound also showed multiple small peripheral follicles in both ovaries. I'm really scared that this could be something serious, like cancer. Can you help me figure out if I should be worried?
cancer is highly unlikely from your symptoms. drink good amount of water

I've been having gas troubles for the past 3 years, like burping a lot through my mouth and feeling the need to go to the bathroom, plus I'm losing weight. Every time it gets really bad, I see a doctor, but all they say is to eat food at the correct time. I've done blood tests, and they didn't find anything wrong. Now I'm down to just 47 kg and I don't have any stomach pain, just a little irritation. Can you suggest anything that might help?
it takes 2to 3 months for complete cure of gastritis

I've been experiencing something weird and it's kinda worrying me. Every time I masturbate, the next day I feel this horrible indigestion and sometimes end up vomiting, plus there's this numb feeling. It's strange because even if my stomach is empty, I still feel like throwing up. And it takes about 4 to 5 days to get back to normal. Does this sound familiar to you or do you know what might be causing this?
