I've been dealing with this gastritis issue and taking Pan D twice a day along with Sucrafil as prescribed. It's been about a week now, but ever since I've started this medication, my heart randomly starts beating really fast at times. I did an ECG and an echocardiogram and they both came back normal. I never experienced this before getting gastritis, so I'm wondering if this is linked to the acidity or the meds I'm taking. Any idea what might be causing this?

My partner has had constant belching, bloating, and loose motions since yesterday gone to the bathroom over 12 times already. He can't leave the house because he's recovering from sepsis surgery. Is there any way to get a doctor to come to our place? What could be causing this?

Your partner's symptoms of constant belching, bloating, and loose motions, particularly the frequency of bathroom visits (over 12 times in a day), warrant seeking medical attention. These symptoms could indicate a variety of conditions, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food poisoning, or other infections. A doctor can properly diagnose the cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

I'm really concerned about my dad. He has a calcification in his liver that's about 6mm big. On top of that, he's been frequently getting cold and cough. He's already on medication for his heart condition and diabetes. What should we be doing about this? Is there anything specific we should watch out for or any additional treatment options we could consider?

Considering the calcification in the liver (6mm) and recurring cold and cough, consult a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for: Diagnostic Tests 1. Liver Function Tests (LFTs) 2. Ultrasound or CT scan to assess calcification size and location 3. Blood tests: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), Creatinine 4. Echocardiogram (for heart condition) 5. Pulmonary function tests (for respiratory issues) Management 1. Monitor liver function and calcification size 2. Adjust diabetes and heart medications as needed 3. Treat respiratory infections with antibiotics (if bacterial) 4. Consider antiviral medications (if viral infection suspected) 5. Lifestyle modifications: - Healthy diet - Regular exercise - Stress management - Adequate sleep Potential Concerns 1. Hepatitis B or C infection 2. Liver cancer risk 3. Metabolic syndrome 4. Pulmonary embolism risk (due to calcification)

My mom is 53 and has both diabetes and high blood pressure. She recently found out she has multiple gallstones. What would be better for her trying ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments, or should she just go for surgery?

For a 53-year-old woman with diabetes and high blood pressure who has multiple gallstones, surgery (cholecystectomy) is generally the most effective and recommended treatment. While Ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments might offer some relief or symptomatic management, they are not likely to eliminate the gallstones or prevent future complications
