I've been dealing with gynecomastia and really want to reduce my male breast size without surgery. What are some effective non-surgical options that could help shrink the tissue? I'm worried about how noticeable it is and would prefer natural methods if possible. How long might it take to see results?

I've been dealing with a pituitary macroadenoma for 10 years and have been on cabergoline 0.5 mg twice a week since 2016 to manage it. The tumor size hasn't reduced and has stayed the same for the last 3 years. I've been getting treatment at AIIMS since 2014 but really don't want to go for another transcranial surgery since I've already had two before. The meds or hormonal imbalance have also caused low libido and slower semen regeneration. I've tried Poona Hospital, SGPGI Lucknow, and now AIIMS but I'm exhausted from all the medications. Is there any way to remove this tumor completely without another major surgery? Currently taking Wysolone 2.5-5 mg on alternate days, Thyronorm 100 mg daily, and cabergoline 0.5 mg twice a week. What are my options now?

I'm kind of worried about my health. My pulse is usually around 90 to 115, and my blood pressure is about 80 over something like 90 to 125 over 40 most of the time. Sometimes I get chest pain, and when I exercise, I feel really breathless. It's strange because my reports have been normal for the past 6 or 7 months. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism about 20 months ago, and I've gone from taking 222 carbimazol daily to just 1. I've noticed that my T4 levels slightly increase every couple of months, but they're still in the normal range. So, should I be worried about the chest pain and high pulse rate, or is this okay?

Based on your symptoms and medical history of hyperthyroidism, it is important to monitor your heart rate and blood pressure closely. The chest pain and elevated pulse rate could be related to your thyroid condition. To help manage your symptoms, you can consider taking a beta-blocker medication such as Propranolol. I recommend taking Propranolol 10mg twice daily to help control your heart rate and chest pain. However, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I've been using Penidure since I was 10 years old, and now that I'm 28, I'm really concerned about the risks of going to the hospital for my injections. Is it possible to switch to tablets instead of continuing with the injections at this point?
