I've been dealing with this H. Pylori infection and gastritis, and I'm currently on treatment for it. Today, I've started experiencing some light chest pain and a lot of yawning. I'm really worried these might be signs of something serious like a heart attack. Could this be related to my current condition or something else?

I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup

I've been experiencing some discomfort and I'm really seeking some advice. After eating, my stomach feels bloated and no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to go away. I've consulted an Ayurveda doctor before and they mentioned I have high pitta and vata, but I'm still dealing with these issues. It feels like even after I go to the toilet, it's incomplete and I'm often back there soon after. My intestine area just doesn't feel right. I've also been sweating a lot, feeling tired and struggling with low concentration. My face seems much darker than the rest of my body and my skin is really dry and wrinkled. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with my body and how I can find some relief. What could be causing all of this?

I've been dealing with Gastritis and Acidity for the last four weeks, and although I'm on medication and feeling somewhat better, I still get a gassy feeling after eating. I've got Gasex and Rabicer D at home do you think it's okay to take either of these for gas relief, or should I try something else?

If you're experiencing gas after eating while already taking medication for gastritis and acidity, you can consider taking Gasex or Rabicer D
