I've been dealing with head spinning for years now, and it's really starting to worry me. I had an MRI scan about three years ago and have been on medications like Icosar Lipikind Plus and Vertizoc since then, but I still get these dizzy spells pretty often. Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what else I could do?

I've always struggled with vomiting whenever I'm traveling in a bus or car, ever since I was a kid. I noticed it doesn't happen when I'm riding a two-wheeler, auto rickshaw, or train, though. Currently, I use Avomin tablets to help me sleep so I don't vomit during these journeys. I'm really curious why this happens and if there's a better way to handle it.
