I've been dealing with head spinning for years now, and it's really starting to worry me. I had an MRI scan about three years ago and have been on medications like Icosar Lipikind Plus and Vertizoc since then, but I still get these dizzy spells pretty often. Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what else I could do?

I have diffuse disc bulges from C3 to C6 and take pregabalin and tramadol but still need aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for proper pain relief. Physiotherapy didn't help and multiple doctors say surgery isn't an option. Is it safe to keep taking aceclofenac long-term? I'm worried about kidney damage but don't have other choices for pain management.
discectomy is advised.

I'm feeling some tightness in a portion of my head, just above my left ear, and it's been going on for about a year now. When I massage that area, it seems to relax. I'm a bit concerned and wondering what might be causing this. Could it be something I should look into further?
The tightness you're feeling above your left ear could be related to muscle tension, stress, or even a tension headache, especially since massaging the area provides relief. However, if the sensation persists or worsens, or if other concerning symptoms arise, its a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and tailored treatment.
