I've been dealing with head spinning for years now, and it's really starting to worry me. I had an MRI scan about three years ago and have been on medications like Icosar Lipikind Plus and Vertizoc since then, but I still get these dizzy spells pretty often. Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what else I could do?

I'm suddenly feeling a shocking pain in my right leg, almost like electric shocks, and it hurts so much that I can't walk. It feels kind of like being paralyzed. What could be happening, and what should I do?
The sudden onset of severe electric shock-like sensations, aching, and paralysis in your right leg, making it difficult to walk, could indicate a neurological emergency, such as a herniated disk, spinal cord compression, peripheral neuropathy, or even a stroke; seek immediate medical attention at the emergency room
