I've been dealing with a heavy feeling in my chest and some chest pain for the past four months. The pain often starts on the center left side but sometimes shifts to the center right. Ive tried Gelusil a few times, but it hasnt really helped. I do pranayam and take a short walk every day. What could be causing this? What do you think I should do, and are there any specific tests you recommend?

I've been having this strange sensation on the left side of my chest, kind of like a needle prick. I got an ECG done, and it was normal, which is a relief, but my doctor put me on Provonal Forte. I'm just wondering, could this be some kind of chest infection or maybe anxiety acting up?
