I've been dealing with this hivesurticaria issue for the past 8 months and it's been really frustrating. Is there any effective treatment for this kind of allergy? I've seen several doctors already, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any advice?

A year ago, it seemed like things were finally getting better, almost like I was in the clear for good. But recently, it's come back with a vengeance and feels worse than ever. I've noticed these tiny white spots on the inner part of my upper lip since April. They're not itchy or painful, but they're definitely there, and I don't exactly like how they look. I'm wondering if these could be Fordyce spots? If so, can you recommend any medicine or treatment for them?
