I've been dealing with this horrible pain for a couple of hours now, it's in my lower abdomen on the side away from my appendix. It's really strange because when I'm lying down, it doesn't bother me, but walking is super painful and sitting up is just unbearable. What could be causing this?

I've recently had a medical termination and after 15 days, I found out there are retained products. My doctor used 2 tablets to help but I'm only feeling lower back pain and no other symptoms.
