I've been dealing with a hydrocele for six years. It doesn't hurt anymore, but its size is a real issue, especially when I try to wear tighter pants. It's really uncomfortable. Could you give me some advice on how to reduce its size or manage it better?

Alerid syrup is an antihistamine, which may not be effective for a cold. Hicet syrup, containing cetirizine and paracetamol, might provide relief from cold symptoms.
