I've been dealing with a hydrocele for six years. It doesn't hurt anymore, but its size is a real issue, especially when I try to wear tighter pants. It's really uncomfortable. Could you give me some advice on how to reduce its size or manage it better?

Alerid syrup is an antihistamine, which may not be effective for a cold. Hicet syrup, containing cetirizine and paracetamol, might provide relief from cold symptoms.

Consider adding:

  1. Steam inhalation
  2. Saline nasal drops
  3. Warm liquids (tea, soup)
  4. Rest

I have grade 2 varicocele on the left side and grade 1 on the right, with a sperm count of 8 million/ml and very low motility at 10% and morphology at 1%. I'm considering surgery but unsure which method is better laparoscopic or microsurgery. What's the difference between these two in terms of repairing varicocele, and which one would be more suitable for my condition?

My penis has been bleeding when I pee, and I'm really worried. About ten days ago, I had really intense sex twice, and there was bleeding on that day, February 10th. Then yesterday, out of nowhere, there was bleeding again, especially at the end when I was trying to urinate, and it was super painful. I couldnt handle it at all. I'm really stressed out about what's going on. Could you suggest what I should do?

The bleeding and pain during urination, especially after intense sexual activity, may indicate a urethral injury, urethritis, or a sexually transmitted infection (STI); immediately seek medical attention from a urologist or a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions; in the meantime, drink plenty of water, avoid sex, and apply a warm compress to the affected area to alleviate discomfort; delaying medical attention can lead to further complications, so prioritize your health and seek help as soon as possible.
