I've been dealing with this intense itching all over my body because my IGE levels are high. The last time I checked was two years ago, and it was at 300. A skin specialist suggested I take either antibiotic medicine or Ebastine 20, which seemed to help for about three days, but then the itching comes right back. Is it okay to keep taking this medicine regularly, or should I consider other options?

High IgE levels can cause itching and skin issues. Given your experience with Ebastel or Best 20 (antihistamines), it's clear that:
Alternatives and Next Steps
- Consult an allergist or immunologist: To better understand your IgE levels and develop a personalized treatment plan.
- Consider immunotherapy: Allergy shots or sublingual immunotherapy might help reduce your IgE levels and alleviate itching.
- Topical treatments: Apply topical creams or ointments, such as pimecrolimus or tacrolimus, to reduce itching and inflammation.
- Oral medications: If antihistamines aren't effective, your doctor might prescribe oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants.
Important Notes
- Don't self-medicate: Avoid taking medications without consulting your doctor, as this can lead to adverse effects or interactions.
- Monitor your IgE levels: Regularly check your IgE levels to track changes and adjust your treatment plan accordingly

I've been dealing with hair fall and my doctor mentioned Follihair. I'm curious if there's a more budget-friendly option like Supradyne or Zincovit that might work just as well. Also, can I opt for any brand of Minoxidil 5? I'm a 23-year-old guy and would really appreciate your advice!
